I am Oleksii, the founder of Echolytics.
As someone who uses many services myself, I’m often not fully satisfied with the level of service on the market. At the same time, running my own development company, I know firsthand how hard it is to track clients’ moods and understand what they truly like or dislike about our services.
Even with a small team of managers, I found it difficult to fully control the quality of client relationships. Sometimes things would slip through the cracks, and we wouldn’t notice until it was too late.
To solve this, I started creating feedback forms, sending them to customers, reminding them to respond, and analyzing their answers manually. It worked — but it was a very long and time-consuming process.
That’s when I realized: it would be great if someone else could take care of this. I looked for companies offering this service but found none.
So, I decided to build my own — and that’s how Echolytics was born.
